110% Price Protection

Lusso European Timewear guarantees that you will find our watches are priced lower than the same watches at any other authorized dealer in the world. If you buy a watch from Lusso European Timewear and then find the same item for a lower price on another web site or in a retail store, we will refund you 110% of the difference between your purchase price and the lower price at our competitor. We'll even refund the difference if we put a watch on sale here at lussowatch.com!

To receive a lower purchase price or a refund of a price difference, simply follow these three steps:

1) Purchase the product you would like to buy from lussowatch.com.

2) Send us an e-mail using the “contact us” form on lussowatch.com or call us at 1-888-GO-LUSSO with your order number and details of where you found the lower price.

3) When we are able to verify the pricing information submitted, we give you a discount equal to 110% of the difference, and email you with your new total. The offer is not valid unless information can be verified by Lusso European Timewear (www.lussowatch.com). The 110% Price Protection Guarantee is valid for 14 days after you make your purchase. The number of items purchased under the 110% price protection guarantee may be limited by Lusso European Timewear at its sole discretion.

Lusso European Timewear’s 110% price protection guarantee is only available for orders shipped within the United States and its Territories, APO/FPO addresses, and Canada. We may offer price protection, at the discretion of Lusso European Timewear, for international orders if the retailer with a lower price also ships to that country.

Terms and conditions:

1) The item must be currently available in the same style, size, and color as the product on lussowatch.com.

2) The competing retailer must be a verifiable authorized dealer for the applicable watch brand. Prices displayed at auction type sites, paid membership clubs, or liquidation sites such as Shop NBC do not qualify for this guarantee.

3) Taxes (if any), duty (if any), and shipping charges (if applicable), will be included when calculating the total price of the product.
