As many of our customers know, we are very passionate about Italian watches, German watches, Swiss watches, and other European watches. Something our customers may not know about is our passion for Italian cars. Lusso European Timewear was founded out of the desire to find relatively affordable Italian watches that meet the bold, stylish image of Italian exotic cars. With the unique European design of Chotovelli watches, this brand was one of the first that we started to carry.
I personally own a 3400-2 Chotovelli that goes great with my Maserati. The Chotovelli family designed this watch after car gauges from Maserati and Alfa Romeo. The Chotovelli 3400-2 is a 47mm watch, with a white face that features fuel gauge type markers. The black leather strap is very soft, perforated, and has the texture of a high quality leather driving glove. At the heart of this Chotovelli watch is a Swiss made ETA movement that keeps time exactly as you would expect from an authentic Swiss watch. Like other Chotovelli watches, the 3400-2 has a synthetic sapphire crystal; a feature usually found in a much higher price bracket.
While the styling of this Chotovelli watch is certainly bold, the white face makes it quite versatile. I feel just as comfortable wearing this watch to go out for drinks with friends on a Friday night as I do going out for a spirited drive on Sunday mornings.
