Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Most orders to be delivered in the US or Canada are shipped by Lusso European Timewear via a reliable carrier such as USPS, Canada Post, UPS, or Fedex. All orders are shipped with full insurance and are generally delivered within 5 business days of shipment. Expedited shipping, such as next day air and 2 day air, is available at an additional cost. For your protection, orders may not be delivered without an authorized signature. If you will not be available at the time of delivery, please be sure an authorized adult is available to sign for your package. Additional charges will apply if a package needs to be rerouted once it has been released to the shipping company. Additional charges will also apply if a customer supplies an incorrect shipping address at the time of checkout. 



Customs Fees, Duty, and/or Brokerage Fees:
Our watches are shipped from Lusso European Timewear warehouses located in the US and Canada. Customs fees, duty, and/or brokerage fees may apply depending on the warehouse from which the order is shipped and the destination address. These charges, if any, are generally nominal. If you are at all concerned about these charges, please contact us for an estimate of what to expect prior to placing your order. 

Refusal of Delivery:
If a package shipped is refused for delivery, for any reason, the purchaser will be charged for actual shipping costs incurred by Lusso European Timewear. Once the package is delivered back to Lusso ET, we will issue a credit via the original payment method less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This reimbursement of shipping costs will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion of any sort. This policy allows us to continue to offer the lowest prices possible by defraying unnecessary shipping costs. 

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Packages that are returned to Lusso European Timewear due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. When we receive the package back from the carrier, we will issue a credit, via the original payment method, for the purchase price less actual shipping costs. This reimbursement of shipping costs will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion of any sort. This policy allows us to continue to offer the lowest prices possible by defraying unnecessary shipping costs. 

Returns:
Lusso European Timewear is confident you will be very pleased with your purchase of one of our Italian watches, German watches, Russian watches, Swiss watches, or other European Timewear. As such, we will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date if accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise 15 days to 30 days from the delivery date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Merchandise returned to Lusso European Timewear must be in new, unused, and original condition. Merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as the original documentation and packaging. Returns of merchandise that has been altered or used in any way will not be accepted. 

Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable. 

New, unused, and original condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the merchandise or packaging and all security tags and stickers are still attached. The watch must not have been sized or altered in any way. 

Any free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition as described in this Return Policy. The retail value of any gifts with purchase that are not returned with the qualifying item will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.
